Keeping the ball out of the paint on the defensive end of the floor is so important to your team’s success. We talked about the advantage you get as an offensive player in the paint last week and so if you don’t want to give opponents that advantage, you have to focus on defending the paint. I am going to share 3 ways that you as a HS basketball player can get better as a defender with that focus.
