Are You a High School Basketball player that wants to continue developing your basketball skills and habits even while giving your body a bit of a Spring break after your long season. Today I’m going to share 3 drills that you can do that will still give your body that break while developing some really foundational skills and habits.
The last few weeks, we have been focused on giving your body and mind a bit of a basketball break during the Spring. But whether you are playing another Spring sport or just taking a break between your HS season and your upcoming Club Summer season, if you are a hooper, it’s hard to key a ball out of your hands. So, today I want to share these 3 drills that you should be making part of your routine that are hard on your body, but can make a big difference in your game.
